We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment where we determine it is not clinically appropriate. Our clinical decisions are final and made in the best interests of patient safety.
All prescription medications dispensed by us are issued only following a clinical review by our prescribing pharmacist. Prescriptions are generated in compliance with UK prescribing standards.
You must provide accurate and truthful information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information to obtain prescription medication is a criminal offence. We are not liable for any harm arising from inaccurate information submitted by the patient.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy unless otherwise specified. Prescription items cannot be returned once dispensed, in accordance with medicines legislation.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price change will not affect an order already confirmed and paid for. We do not store payment card details on our systems.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via Royal Mail or an equivalent tracked courier service.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays and public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers. All parcels are dispatched in plain, discreet packaging.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at the email or phone number provided on our website.
Once a prescription has been generated and medication dispensed, we are unable to offer a refund or accept the return of prescription medicines under UK law. If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
In the event of a product being damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Our service does not replace your GP or primary healthcare provider. We provide a supplementary weight management service and strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any medication you are prescribed through us.
Weight loss medications carry potential side effects and risks. Full information is provided within the product leaflet and during your consultation. If you experience any adverse effects, discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately.
We handle all personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing your care and is never sold to third parties.
